LDV Pizza Bar is built on a strong family foundation. Head chef, Rocco, is the talented son of Franco, owner of La Dolce Vita. The aspiring restaurateur followed his father’s advice and travelled to Italy to learn from the source how to make authentic, traditional pizza. “He’s very particular about how he makes his pizza and very proud of what he does and I know he is doing it right,” Franco says proudly of his son, “He makes fantastic pizza that reminds me of the real Italian thin crust pizza, the way they do in Italy.”
